Logic:

Step I: Multiply the first digit of the first number with the second digit of the fourth Number. Multiply the second digit of the first number with the first digit fourth number.
Step II:
Add the first digit of all numbers in Step I and the second digit of all numbers in Step I and then multiply by 3 and write down in the reverse order.
[Ex: 8+2+9 = 19;  19*3 = 57  and now output will be 75]
Step III:
Subtract the second digit of second value by the first digit of the first value. Subtract the first digit of second value by the second digit of the first value.
[Ex: 7-5=2;  5-1=4]
Step IV: 
Add both numbers [2+4] = 6.
